At USA Medical Surplus, your satisfaction is our top priority! We offer a **30-day return policy**, giving you 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition as received

- Unworn or unused, with tags

- In its original packaging

- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right!


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable, including those that are not factory sealed or unopened. If you have questions about a specific item, just let us know!


Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

For the fastest way to get the item you want, please return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the item you desire.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, you’ll receive your refund on the original payment method within **10 business days**. Keep in mind that processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card company.
